Battery 3C authentication process
Stage 1: Application Acceptance
After receiving the application that meets the requirements, CQC sends an acceptance notice to the applicant, informing the applicant to send or send relevant documents and materials. The application phase becomes 1. At the same time, CQC sends relevant charges and notices. The applicant provides the information to CQC as required. After the applicant pays the fee, please fill in the payment voucher as required.
Phase 2: Data review
In the data review stage, the product certification engineer needs to divide the application into units. After unit division, if sample testing is needed, the product certification engineer will send the sample delivery notice and the corresponding payment notice to the applicant, and at the same time, inform the applicant to send the sample receipt notice to the corresponding testing organization.
Stage 3: Sample receiving for sample delivery.
The samples are directly delivered by the applicant to the designated testing institution. After the applicant pays the fee, please fill in the payment voucher as required. The testing organization accepts the incoming samples and fills in the sample acceptance report. For unqualified samples, it will issue a sample rectification notice and fill in the sample acceptance report after rectification. After the sample is accepted, the testing organization shall fill in the sample testing schedule and submit it to CQC. After receiving the progress of sample testing, CQC will send a formal acceptance notice to the applicant and a testing task book to the testing organization after confirming that the relevant expenses of the applicant have been paid, and the sample testing will officially start.
Stage 4: Sample Testing
In the process of sample testing, the applicant shall rectify the nonconformities in accordance with the notice of sample testing rectification. After the sample test, the testing organization shall fill in the notice of the sample test result. The testing organization also sends the test report and other materials to CQC.
Stage 5: Factory Review
For applications requiring factory review, the inspection office organizes factory review.
Stage 6: conformity assessment
After collecting and sorting out the results of each stage, the product certification engineer makes a preliminary evaluation. The qualified appraisers re-evaluate the above results.
Stage 7: Certificate Approval

The applicant prints the receipt for the certificate and asks for the certificate to be sent by himself or herself.
