2. Customers provide company and product information.
3. The customer provides sample testing.

5. The testing organization sends the sample KTL/KTC to the testing organization for testing, and issues a KC measurement report after the test is completed.
6. KTL/KTC arranges factory review.
7. KTL/KTC audit report and other application documents, and issue KC certificate if there is no problem.
