IECEE是在國(guó)內(nèi)電工委員會(huì)（IEC）受權(quán)下開(kāi)展任務(wù)的國(guó)內(nèi)認(rèn)證組織。IECEE-CB體系是電工產(chǎn)品平安測(cè)試報(bào)告互認(rèn)的CB認(rèn)證是一個(gè)真正的國(guó)內(nèi)體系，試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證機(jī)構(gòu)取得CBTL認(rèn)可試驗(yàn)室資質(zhì)后，其出具的CB認(rèn)證報(bào)告，可以失去其余成員國(guó)的認(rèn)可，從而使被檢測(cè)產(chǎn)品獲得進(jìn)入該國(guó)市場(chǎng)的準(zhǔn)入證，到達(dá)“一個(gè)規(guī)范、一次檢測(cè)、寰球通行”的指標(biāo)。（IECEE is an international accreditation organization working under the authority of the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC).
