2023年12月22日，歐洲電工委員會(huì)(CENELEC)正式發(fā)布了家用和類似用途電器-安全通用要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN IEC 60335-1:2023+A11:2023；該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)涵蓋了最新出現(xiàn)的許多家電產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)要求。
自國(guó)際電工委員會(huì)IEC 60335-1:2020發(fā)布之后，歐盟相應(yīng)的版本一直未發(fā)布，此次版本的更新，標(biāo)志著IEC 60335-1:2020正式在歐盟落地，相較于之前的版本有較大更新，有針對(duì)性的引入了最新技術(shù)理念和產(chǎn)品測(cè)試要求。
EN IEC 60335-1:2023/A11:2023更新如下：
★ 明確了PELV電路的要求；
Clarified requirements for PELV circuits;
★ 當(dāng)輸入功率和額定電流在整個(gè)工作周期中變化時(shí)，對(duì)測(cè)量的要求進(jìn)行澄清;
Clarification of requirements on measurement of power input and rated current when they vary throughout the operating cycle;
★ 將規(guī)范性附件S替換為資料性附件“本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用指南關(guān)于基于10.1和10.2關(guān)于代表期的要求測(cè)量功率輸入和電流;
Replaced normative Annex S with the informative Annex S "Guidance for the application of this standard on measurement of power input and current based on the requirements of 10.1 and 10.2 Concerning the representative period";
★ 針對(duì)帶有一體式插腳在插座中的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度做相應(yīng)的測(cè)試要求；
Introduced and clarified mechanical strength requirements for appliances with integral pins for insertion into socket-outlets;
★ 對(duì)電池供電器具的修訂要求；
Revised requirements for battery-operated appliances;
★ 增加了對(duì)金屬離子電池的要求，包括新的第12章節(jié)金屬離子電池充電；
Introduced requirements for metal-ion batteries including a new Clause 12 Charging of metal-ion batteries;
之前舊版此章節(jié)一直是空白，只是預(yù)留了章節(jié)編號(hào)，此次的更新加入金屬離子電池要求，將影響深遠(yuǎn)，針對(duì)此類電池的測(cè)試要求也會(huì)相應(yīng)的加嚴(yán)。
★ 測(cè)試探針18的應(yīng)用做了相應(yīng)解釋；
Introduced the application of test probe 18;
★ 定義了用戶可接觸的電器插座和插座的電器的要求；
Introduced requirements for appliances incorporating appliance outlets and socket-outlets accessible to the user;
★ 針對(duì)有功能接地裝置的電器要求進(jìn)行了修訂和澄清；
Revised and clarified requirements for appliances incorporating a functional earth;
★ 介紹了具有第二數(shù)字IP額定值的裝有自動(dòng)線繩卷筒的器具的耐濕氣測(cè)試要求；
Introduced moisture resistance test requirements for appliances that incorporate an automatic cord reel and that have a second numeral IP rating;
★ 針對(duì)器具和帶有整針插入插座的器具零件的耐濕性的器具更新了測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
Clarified the appliance test criteria for the moisture resistance for appliances and parts of appliances with integral pins for insertion into socket-outlets;
★ 對(duì)可接觸SELV端口或連接器或通用串行總線(USB)在非正常運(yùn)行條件下的輸出電壓進(jìn)行限制；
Introduced limits on the output voltage of an accessible safety extra-low voltage outlet or connector or Universal Serial Bus (USB) under abnormal operation conditions;
★ 引入了光學(xué)輻射危害的要求；
Introduced requirements to cover optical radiation hazards;
★ 將外部通信軟件管理?xiàng)l款引入規(guī)范性附件R中；
Introduced external communication software management items into normative Annex R;
★ 修訂了表R.1和表R.2中的外部通信要求；
Revised external communication requirements in Table R.1 and Table R.2;
★ 在新的規(guī)范附件U中引入網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全要求，以避免未經(jīng)授權(quán)的訪問和通過公共網(wǎng)絡(luò)通過遠(yuǎn)程通信的影響。
Introduced in new normative Annex U cyber security requirements to avoid unauthorized access and the Effects of transmission via remote communication through public networks.
注：英國(guó)在2023年4月29日頒布《產(chǎn)品安全和電信基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施法案2023》PSTI，英國(guó)將在2024年4月29日起開始強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)設(shè)備的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全要求! 歐盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全法案將在2025年8月1日起強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行!
